Grilled Baby Carrots with Herbed Dressing. Grilling in 95 degree heat is not the move. But these sweet little babies might be worth the heat stroke.
Lunch. Grilled Turkey, Provolone and Arugula Sandwich with Mayo-Mustard Dressing.
Breakfast. Hangover breakfast. Avocado Toast with Over Easy Eggs and Hot Sauce.
Dinner. This just makes sense to me. And takes 15 minutes to make. That makes even more sense.

Salted Brownie Cookies. Adapted from a Donna Hay recipe called Brownie Cookies with Peanut Butter Frosting. These little nuggets of chocolate goodness are unreal and the salt just brings it over the top.
